The manufacturing facility is a modern unit, laid out specifically for
electronic assembly and is a totally static safe environment. Including a dedicated
surface mount facility.
The main equipment consists of:
Fully Automated Pick and Place Machines
2 x Versatronics RV1
1 x Essemtec CSM7000
1 x Blundell Manual Pick and Place (With paste dispenser)
1 x Blundell ERSA Hotflow 3 Reflow Oven
1 x Blundell CMS400D Dual Wave Flow Soldering Machine
We also have extensive test equipment including:
Leica Microscope with video equipment
The facility is approved to BS EN ISO9001:2000
